For the price paid I would highly recommend the property. The room was basic, however, it was clean. The lounge area was great and the bar served drinks at a good price. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy enough. The location was good, it was only a 10/15 minute walk to both the main train station and the old town pubs / bars.

The bathroom was clean and did satisfy my usage without hassle. The room was nice, I had a twin bed and was comfy enough for 1-night stay. The person working on the reception, Leon I believe his name was, was a cool dude, communicative and was pleasant to talk with. The lobby downstairs is cool and has a nice vibe. You can buy yourself a beer, snacks etc The location is 15mins from Hauptbahnhof (main station). There is a tram that goes to Berliner-Alle which can cut the travel time. A 15min walk is fast enough, so I resorted to walking there. AO hostel is easy to find.

A&O offer a hybrid between hotels and self-catering hostels, with a business model that emulates the very best of no-frills budget airlines. We discovered the A&O chain on a visit to Copenhagen to visit family and are very taken with it. I stayed at the Dusseldorf A&O for a work trip and will stay there in future.

Staff was extremely friendly. They allowed me to store my luggage. Location is excellent. For the female dorms, bathroom and shower doors are right in the dorm room which is very convenient because you don’t have to exit the dorm and access them in a hallway like in other hostels.

The location is quite close to the train station, we can walk there or take the Tram (there is a tram stop near the hotel). We booked the private room so the bathroom is inside. Toilet and shower are in separate rooms so my friend and I can prepare ourselves at the same time. Facilities are okay for short stay, bed is quite comfy.

It's fairly better than the other A&Os I slept in throughout the years, position is ok and it was quite clean. Personnel was kind and helpful, big common area big with giant tv broadcasting CL games.

The best hotel ever, the accommodation is top perfect. From the 5th floor, where we were, there is a view of the city. The room is super clean and tidy, the beds are comfortable. What we liked the most was the view of the city and the accommodation, plus the location is perfect, a few minutes' walk to the center. The workers at the reception are friendly and courteous, to be commended.I recommend this hotel to everyone.

One of the best hostels I`d ever been, best deal for price and quantity, everything you need for journey for small price, kitchen will all needed staff works 24/7, excellent wifi, in all rooms enough spaces and sockets, toilets and bathrooms, all is clean and tide, towels free, situated near te railway and near city center - by walk is no probs to get. In roons are comfortable temmerature and radiatirs work so you can easily dry your clothes. Hot water for shower. Not so many people and silence atmosphere-it`s alsp cool. Big lobby-where you can work or chill. Available locker room for your luggage-safe solution. BRILLIANT!
